[Rcopia4] Activating EPCS Gold for e-Prescribing Controlled Substances

If your account has been set up for EPCS Gold, you should have received an email invitation.

This EPCS Provider On-Boarding Manual will walk you through the on-boarding process to activate both your e-Prescribing account and EPCS Gold.

You can also watch this on-boarding tutorial, if desired: https://drfirst.wistia.com/medias/2q2lhjm8d3.

Plan on spending at least 30 minutes to complete this process.

A hard token has been ordered for you and will be shipped soon. The token may look like one of two options:

Imprivata Digipass GO 7 One-Time Password Hardware Token
If you receive a circular token, it is Symantec. If you receive a rectangular token, it is Onespan.

-------------------------------------------------------

We encourage you to link the hard token to your account as soon as possible. Until the hard token arrives, you can move forward with the on-boarding process by downloading a soft token onto your cell phone (the soft token must be used on a separate device than the one you are using to submit the electronic prescription).

Here is the link for downloading a Symantec VIP soft token for your mobile device: https://vip.symantec.com/

Click the  button.       Select the VIP Access you need and follow the instructions to download.   -------------------------------------------------------

This EPCS Provider On-Boarding Manual will walk you through the on-boarding process to activate both your e-Prescribing account and EPCS Gold.
