Chart Flag / Flagged Patients Report

Chart Flags are helpful for examples like do not schedule, balance, anxious while in the waiting room, approval for a certain program. The information on the Chart Flag is not part of the clinical record. 

1. Chart Flags are found on the Chart Face. Click on the flag to open the window.

2. The Chart Flag Message window will pop up.

3. Make the note in the Chart Flag Message. Click Close to close the Chart Flag Message. 

4. The Chart Face flag will now show a yellow border and if you hover over the flag it will show the message. 

        If you want the flag to always pop up when someone opens the patient's Chart Face, click the Priority area in the Chart Flag Message. This will cause a red border around the flag.         You can pull up the Flagged Patients report from the Reports menu.          The Flagged Patients Report shows all patients who have flags on their charts.           This video will demonstrate how to:
