The Census Board Report
The Census Board is designed for In-Patient and Residential facilities to allow them to quickly search for, view and print essential information about patients on their unit(s).
This report is available under Reports > Census Board.
The Census Board report contains:
- Patient information along with an editable and separate read-only expandable field for Miscellaneous Notes from demographics.
- Patient Name, DOB and Age, Room #, and Admit Date are highlighted in Blue.
- Quick access buttons for Chart Face and Demographics.
- The results can be sorted by Patient Name, Date of Birth, or Room.
- The entire report can be printed in landscape orientation.
- The search criteria available for the report permits lookups by:
- Patient name / ID#
- Patient status
- Admit date
- Sex
- Age
- Room
- Location/Site
- Primary clinician
- Medications
- Diagnosis
- Insurance carrier
Note: The icon indicates that this field can be expanded.
