Creating a List of Patients

If you need to generate, print, or export a list of patients, their DOBs, addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers follow these instructions:



1. Use the "Clinical / Demographic Search" to retrieve the list of patients. This report can be accessed from the Reports dropdown menu on the top-left of your screen.

2. In the report, enter your desired search criteria to select the list of patients. For example, if you want a list of all active patients, simply leave "active" checked over on the far left side.

3. If you want a list of patients assigned to a current physician, you can search for patients by specific clinician in the "Primary Clinician" field.

4. After you have addressed all desired fields, click the Screenshot for Creating a List of Patients button at the top.

5. A list will generate based on the criteria you entered. In this example, I chose active females with a primary physician of a clinician.

6. From here, you can either choose the Screenshot for Creating a List of Patients option to print your list, or you can choose Screenshot for Creating a List of Patients and the then go to the Upload Site to get the file. You will receive options of what information you want to export.
