Set Your Initials to Display on Notes from the Chart Face

Adding Initials to Notes (seen on Chart Face):   1.  From the Chart Room, click the Screenshot for Set Your Initials to Display on Notes from the Chart Face button.    2.  Under Initials, add the user's initials (make sure that the correct user is selected from the left column).
