  6. Signed notes are now clearly marked with a badge
  7. Enhanced left-pane widgets with a structured layout and two new widgets
  8. Print medications directly from the Current Medications widget
  9. New bottom section for creating assessments, notes, and therapy groups

Modern and User-Friendly Interface

The updated interface follows the latest UI standards, offering a clean and visually appealing design. Improved spacing and alignment enhance readability and navigation.

Header Moved Outside the Chart Face Tab

The client details header has been relocated outside the Chart Face tab, allowing more space for critical information. Key enhancements include:

  • Client's photo – Zoom in for a closer view.
  • Account button – Redirects users to access client's billing details.
  • Insurance button – Hover to view primary and secondary insurance details.
  • Labs tab – Now positioned in the top-right header for quick access.

Streamlined Access to Note Details

Users can now view client note details with minimal scrolling, making information retrieval faster and more efficient.

  • Signed notes are indicated with a badge.
  • Note content appears first, followed by action buttons placed at the bottom.

Enhanced Left-Pane Widgets

The widgets in the left pane have been redesigned for a more structured display, providing quick access to a client’s diagnosis, medications, and health details.

  • Current Medications – Now includes a print option.
  • New Widgets Introduced:
    • Active Problems - Displays problems selected in the treatment plan. Choose a treatment plan from the list to view its associated problems.
    • Chart Reminders - A free-text field where you can click and begin typing notes or reminders directly.

If all items are not visible, click the maximize icon to view the full list within the widget.

Billing Tab Removed – Use Account Button Instead

The Billing tab is no longer visible in the new Chart Face—use the new Account button in the header to view the client’s billing details.

Dedicated Section for Creating Notes and Assessments

A new section at the bottom of the screen simplifies creating assessments, notes, and other related items.

  • Assessments – Listed on the bottom left; click to create a new assessment. It also includes complete evaluation.
  • Notes – Located in the center at the bottom; click the desired note type to create a new one. It includes progress note, case management, quick note, and so forth.
  • Other – Appears on the bottom right, containing items beyond assessments and notes, such as therapy groups.
    • Therapy Groups – If the client is part of any therapy groups, all associated groups will be displayed. If not, you will be redirected to the configuration screen to set up therapy groups.

If the client is part of one or more therapy groups, a list of associated groups will appear when you click the Therapy Groups button in the Other section above. If the client is not associated with any group, the screen below will allow you to add them to a therapy group.
