How to Use the 'Replace Text' Option

If at any time you'd like to replace a word within the narrative portion of your note, the 'replace text' feature will allow you to do so without scrolling through the note and making your changes by hand.       1. On this patient's Interval History, I want to use her first name instead of her last. I click the Screenshot for How to Use the 'Replace Text' Option button at the top of the field. I want to replace any occurrence of the word or phrase that has a space before and a space, comma, or period after it - so I click the Screenshot for How to Use the 'Replace Text' Option button.
