How to Reset Your ICANotes+ Password

Overview

This article provides a step-by-step guide to help you reset your ICANotes+ password. If you forget your password, you can request a password reset link, create a new password, and regain access to your account following simple instructions.

Step 1: Visit the ICANotes+ Login Page

Step 2: Click "Forgot your password"

  • On the login page, locate and click the Forgot your password link.

Step 3: Enter Your Registered Email Address

  • On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your ICANotes+ account.

Step 4: Request the Password Reset Link

  • Click the Send Link button.
  • A password reset email will be sent to your registered email.

Step 5: Open the Password Reset Email

  • Check your inbox for an email with the subject "ICANotes Password Reset."
  • Open the email and click the password reset link provided.



Step 6: Set a New Password

  • On the password reset page, enter a new password in the "Password" field.
  • Re-enter the same password in the "Confirm" field.

Password Requirements:
✅ 12–65 characters long
✅ At least one number
✅ At least one special character (!@#$&(*))
✅ At least one uppercase letter
✅ At least one lowercase letter



Step 7: Submit and Confirm

  • Click Submit to finalize the password reset.
  • A success message will confirm that your password has been reset.

Step 8: Log in with Your New Password

  • You will be redirected to the ICANotes+ login page.
  • Enter your new password and log in successfully.
