The First Time You Log Into The Upload Site / Setting Up Password Questions And Answers /Changing Password

The first time you log into the Upload Site you will be asked to answer three security questions and answers. These questions and answers will be used to complete a password reset if necessary. 

You can log in to the Upload Site from the ICANotes Support Page as shown below or through this link: https://upload.icanotes.com/

1. Log in using your ICANotes username and password

2. You will be presented with three questions and answers to fill out. 

The dropdown for the questions has many to choose from.

3. Once you choose the questions and answer them, click the submit button. 

4. You now are able to retrieve your password from the upload site should you forget it. 

Changing Password from Upload Site

1. To change your password from the Upload site, click the Forgot Password? link. 

2. You then will be asked to enter your username or email address into the field on the next page. Click Continue.

3. You will be prompted to answer one of the security questions you set up. Answer and click Submit.

4. If successful, you will receive this notification:

5. The email will look like this. Follow the link in the email.

6. When you click the link be ready to copy/paste the reset verification code given in the email. Then, change your password. If your password does not meet the requirement or does not match, the Reset button will remain inactive and will be a more muted shade of blue. 

Once your password has been successfully updated, you will encounter this message:

If you should encounter any difficulties resetting your password a Security Administrator for your practice can assist you. They are also able to clear your Security Questions and Answers from the Security Center.  You can also reach out to our Support Team at 443-569-8778 for assistance. We are not able to assist with resetting passwords via email or chat.
