If you've forgotten or need to reset your ICANotes password, you can do so quickly and easily online using the Forgot Password? link on the login page:
You'll be prompted to enter your username/email address
Then provide the answer to your security questions(s):
Once submitted, you will receive the following prompt to check your email for a link to reset your password:
If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder in case it was routed there instead. Follow the link to finish resetting your password using the provided "reset verification code".
From your email, copy the provided verification code and paste it into the Password reset verification code field, followed by your new password.
Passwords must be between 8 and 16 characters and cannot be the same as the password reset verification code.
Once reset you will receive a confirmation message a prompt to return to the login page at http://ehr.icanotes.com.
If you have not yet set your security questions and answers, such as if you are a brand new user to ICANotes, please contact your Security Administrator for password reset assistance. If your Security Administrator is not available, or if you do not know who your Security Administrator is, please call ICANotes Support (443) 569-8778 for further assistance.
To change your ICANotes password from Settings:
1- If you are using the new chart room, you'll click on Settings:
From the Old Chart Room, click on "Settings + Directories"
2. On the lower area of the screen, click on "Change My Password."
Your screen will now display three fields for changing your password, as shown below. In the first field, enter your current password. In the second field, enter your desired new password. You will need to enter the same desired new password in the third field, Confirm password. Then click OK.
Please note that passwords must be at least 8 characters, contain 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number (e.g. "Sunshine5").
If you have entered your password information in all three fields correctly, the “Password changed successfully” message will display.
Once again, if you are not able to access the program and don’t have the correct username or password, please contact your group’s Security Administrator or call Support at 443-569-8778.
