Changing Note Date

There are two ways to change a note date within any note type.  

The first way is from within the note work areas. Look to the Note Date field at the top center of the note and click into the field to view a calendar.

Click on the date you wish to use. Once you make a selection the note's date will change.

You can also free-text the date into this field, so long as you follow the MM/DD/YYYY format.

The second way is from the Finished Note preview. Click the 'Set Date/Time' button toward the top right of the finished note.

This will open a window to allow you to adjust the Date and Time of your note. Click on the field you wish to update

Clicking date will open the calendar.

Click on the date you wish to use. You can also free-text the date into the field so long as you follow the MM/DD/YYYY format.

To change the time, click on the time.

Enter the change. Please Note, that the format must remain as shown, to include Hours, Minutes and Seconds.

Click outside the popup to save your changes and close the input fields.

Navigating the calendar

Use the arrows to go back/forward a month (or year). 

Click on the bottom of the calendar to input today's date.

Clicking within the date field will expand to the month view:

Clicking the date field again will expand to the year view:

Clicking the date field again will expand to the decade view:
