How To Reset a Password For Another User (by Security Administrator)
1. As a Security Administrator, from the Chart Room, click the Settings icon from the bottom left.
2. Click the Security Center button and enter your password.
3. Find the user who needs the password reset and click the Edit button on the right.
4. Click the 'Reset Password' button.
5. The Password reset popup will appear. Enter the new password twice (once in password field and once in confirm field). Click OK.
6. The Password reset confirmation window will appear notifying you that the change will go in effect within 60 seconds. Click OK.
7. Click the 'Back' button to return to the Security Center.
