Adverse Drug Reaction RxNorm Lookup Table

When you select an ADR To from the dropdown menu, if the ADR is on our RxNorm Lookup Table the RxNorm Code will autopopulate. This may also occur when you free text in a medication if it is on the RxNorm Lookup Table.
