The MAR has been turned on but some of my patients still don't have access...

If your practice has recently completed training and had the MAR (Medication Administration Record) enabled, your existing patients will need to have the MAR enabled before it can be used. This will only need to be done once per patient and is done right on the Chart Face. All new patients will have MAR enabled when they are added, once MAR is enabled for your group.

Enabling MAR on Existing Patients:

You may notice that on the Chart Face or Compiled Note, the 'Review MAR' button is pink. This indicates that the MAR is not enabled for this patient.

To Enable MAR

There is a MAR check box at the bottom right of the Chart Face.

To enable the MAR, click on the box to check it.

The box will then turn green and will be checked once MAR is enabled for the patient. The 'Review MAR' button will also turn from pink to gray

You will now see the 'Review MAR' button in the Compiled note has also changed from pink to gray.

You will now be able to access the MAR for this patient.

This process will need to be repeated for any patients you notice do not allow access to the MAR for your MAR enabled practice.
