Sign Notes with Saved Signature
ICANotes users now have the ability to sign notes using their saved signature. For this functionality to work, your Security Administrator will need to first provide Support with an image file containing the user's signature, along with a request to enable the group rule, "Sign with Saved Signature". Once the signature has been added to the user's account and the rule has been enabled, users will be able to quickly sign using that image file.
Saved signature images MUST be in .png format and named "signature" (ex: signature.png) in order for it to appear within your notes. For best results, please make sure the provided signature is clearly legible and on a white or clear background. Security Administrators can email the signature.png file, along with the request to enable the group rule, to ticket@icanotes.com. To ensure the signature file is added to the correct account, please provide the username each signature matches.
Once the signature image file has been uploaded and the group rule enabled, you will see additional buttons in the compiled note screen
