Security Administrators can request electronic signatures for users through the Security Center. Follow these instructions to request.
1. As a Security Administrator, click the 'Settings & Directories' drawer from the Chart Room.
2. From Settings & Directories, click the 'Security Center' button.
3. Enter your ICANotes password, and then click the 'OK' button.
4. In the Security Center, you can identify who has Electronic Signature under the boxed column shown below.
If there is no code, you can request one for the user by clicking the 'Edit' button in the row of the user.
5. Click the 'Request Electronic Signature Service' button.
6. When the Electronic Signature Request window pops up, click the 'Yes' button.
7. You will receive a confirmation Electronic Signature Request. Click the 'OK' button (or press Enter on the keyboard).
8. Once the request is submitted it would take a few minutes to be completed. After 5 minutes you can have the user log off by using the pink log off button in the Chart Room.
9. When the user logs back in after using the pink 'Log Off' button, he/she will have electronic signature activated.
