If an Admin needs to restrict a clinician to viewing only their own calendar, they can enable the "Restrict to their own calendar" setting.
1. As a security administrator, go to Settings + Directories. If you are in the Chart Room, click the Settings button.
2. From the Settings & Directories window, click the button.
3. You will be prompted to put in your ICANotes password. After inputting your password, click the button or hit the Enter key on your keyboard.
4. Find the user in the security center and click the button in the row. In this example, I am changing Anna Recksick, MD.
5. The restriction called "Restrict to their own calendar events" must be turned on.
6. Click the button to save changes.
7. The user will need to log off and back on for the changes to take place.
8. If this restriction is on, the user will only be able to see their own appointments.
