[Rcopia4] Prescribing in DrFirst with a NADEAN

When prescribing certain control drugs, the provider will be prompted to furnish their NADEAN.

From the Prescribe Medication widget, when a qualifying drug has been selected for prescribing (such as suboxone or buprenorphine), an additional option to include the NADEAN will appear below the Sig and Directions to Pharmacist fields

Complete the prescription as usual, type in the NADEAN number, then when ready, click to Review your prescription.

In the Review Prescription window, the NADEAN will be visible in Dir. To Pharm. (Directions to Pharmacist), highlighted in yellow below:

Continue by Save Pending Rx or Save and Add Rx.

If you wish to have the NADEAN number populate automatically for you on qualifying scripts, please contact Support at (443) 569-8778.
