Patient Portal: View Access Log Enhancements and Transmit CCDA by Email

Access Log

1. The patient signs into the Patient Portal and goes to the My History tab. 

2. From the My History tab, the patient (or authorized user) can see who accessed the patient's record from the patient portal. Click the  button. This only covers logged in, view CCDA, downloading, transmit email, and transmit secure.

Transmit (secure, RECOMMENDED)

1. From the My History tab, the patient will decide what to transmit. In this example, the patient has chosen to transmit the full chart. Click the  tab.

2. On the left side, input the email that you want a link sent to. When you type in the email it will verify that the email address is valid. Click the  button.

3. You will receive an email succeeded message and be returned to the default My History page. 

4. The email recipient will receive an email like this:

5. The recipient will click on the link and copy/paste the authentication code in the web browser. Click the  button for the information to directly download to the email recipient's download folder. 

6. A verification will show for the email recipient and the files will download.
