1. A Group Administrator needs to click on the Settings button.
2. Click on the Security Center button and enter your password. Then click the OK button.
3. Click on the Group Rules button.
4. Go to the Defaults tab and enable the 'PA Extended Aging Reports.' Click Log Off button and log back on.
5. Any user can go into Patient Accounts by clicking the "$ Accounts" button in the Chart Room.
6. Click on the Report tab when the pop Find Patient Account window populates.
7. This report will work on all aging reports, but I used Combined Aging report as it shows a lot of information. This report shows the Current, Over 30, Over 60, Over 90, Over 120, Over 150, and Over 180. I also included Show Insurance/Patient Balances.
8. You will need to print in landscape.
A. Click Print button.
B. Click the Properties button.
C. Click the radio button for Landscape.
D. Click the OK button in Print Setup button.
E. Click the OK button in the Print button.

9. You can export the report if desired. Click the button and the button below. Choose the fields you want to show.
10. A message will show up advising you to go to the Upload Site to download.
11. From the Upload Site, under Exports click the Combined Aging report (or name of your report).
