Group Rule: Overnight PA Aging Reports

Having this group rule enabled (Security Administrator should email ticket@icanotes.com or call 443.569.8778 to get this group rule enabled) will allow an aging report to run during overnight and be ready the next day for you. This will save your time and resources by not "hijacking" your ICANotes time waiting for a long report to finish running. 

How this works

1. Go to Patient Accounts. 

2. Go to Reports.

3. Once in Reports:

  a. Choose the aging report you want to run

  b. Choose the filters you want to include

  c. Choose the Detail or Summary buttons

      - If you choose Summary, go to step 5 (skip step 4 as the Export Settings is only for detailed reports)

4. Once you click the Detail button, you will immediately be brought to Export Settings. 

  a. Choose the exported information to include

  b. Click the Export button

5. You will be brought back to the Reports page where you will see that that the export is saved for overnight generation and export. 

The Next Day...

6. Go to the Upload Site.

7. Click the Exports link from the menu on the left. 

8. Click on the Excel or CSV link under the name of the report.
