New Calendar Option to Show Column Counts
We added a new feature to the new calendar: Show Column Count.
This count shows how many patients/slots are filled on the provider's schedule. (A group therapy appointment only counts as one no matter how many patients attend.)
Any providers that are seeing patients will have an indicator of how many patients at the top of the column right under the provider name (exception is grid view which will show on the side under the provider's name).
The controls for it are located:
- A group administrator can go to Settings > Group level > Calendar tab > Group Level Only Settings lower right (this only applies initially after a new logon)
- A group administrator can go to Calendar > Settings > Select Group Options popover bottom (this only applies initially after a new logon)
- Calendar > new Icon next to the group filter with tooltip (clicking immediately toggles the option on or off and refreshes the view)
