- You should be on Specific to Individual tab by default.
- If you are a Group Administrator, you will need to choose the user to modify.
- Click the Personal Info tab (should be here on default).
- Click the Options tab.
- Choose the default site/letterhead.
- Log out and back in (using the pink Log Off button in the Chart Room or the Sign Out in the menu).
- When you (or the user) logs in, the default site/letterhead selected shows.
- On the Finished Note, the Service Location will reflect the chosen default.
This knowledge base article will demonstrate how to set up a default site in a multiple site group.
1. Click the Settings button in the Chart Room.
2. In Settings & Directories:
A. You should be on Specific to Individual tab by default.
B. If you are a Group Administrator, you will need to choose the user to modify.
C. Click the Personal Info tab (should be here on default).
D. Click the Options tab.
E. Choose the default site/letterhead.

3. Log out and back in (using the pink Log Off button in the Chart Room or the Sign Out in the menu).

4. When you (or the user) logs in, the default site/letterhead selected shows.
5. On the Finished Note, the Service Location will reflect the chosen default.
