How to Find Who Has Patient Portal Enabled

To find which patients are portal enabled, follow these steps.

1. Click Reports and from the drop-down menu click the Clinical / Demographic Search.

2. On the Clinical / Demographic Search report:

    a. Select all genders (to get all patients to show)

    b. Click the Search button

    c. Click the Export button

3. On the Export Settings window:

    a. Choose the Patient Full Name (or another way to identify the patient)

    b. Choose Patient Portal Enabled? setting

    c. Click the Export button

4. On the Upload Site:

    a. Click on Exports on the left side

    b. Click on the Excel link

5. You will be prompted to save the file. You are able to name and choose where to save the document.

6. You will see a list of the portal enabled customers (marked as Y).
