Patient Portal Enabled Report

  • Sections
    • Put in the criteria to run your report.
    • Click the Export button.
      • When the Export Settings window opens
    • Choose the criteria you would like to choose.  Click on the Patient Portal Enabled? option which is highlighted in the screenshot. (It is highly recommended that you choose the patient's name so you can identify who has the patient portal enabled.)
    • Don't forget there are further options to choose from using the buttons on the top.
  • Click the Export button when all options are chosen.
    • Navigate to Exports.
    • Click on the Excel or CSV link to download the report.
      • Once the report has downloaded, you can click on the link on the bottom of the browser.
      • After the report loads, find the column for Patient Portal Enabled and it will show Y by any patient you have enabled for the patient portal.

Question: Is there a way to run a report that shows which patients are enabled for the patient portal?

Answer: Yes, you can run this from the Clinical/Demographic Search report. Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. From the Reports dropdown menu, choose the Clinical/Demographic Search report.

2. Once on the Clinical/Demographic Search report:

    A. Put in the criteria to run your report.

    B. Click the Export button.

3. When the Export Settings window opens:

    A. Choose the criteria you would like to choose.  Click on the Patient Portal Enabled? option which is highlighted in the screenshot. (It is highly recommended that you choose the patient's name so you can identify who has the patient portal enabled.)

    C. Click the Export button when all options are chosen.

4. Log into the Upload Site:

    A. Navigate to Exports. 

    B. Click on the Excel or CSV link to download the report. 

5. Once the report has downloaded, you can click on the link on the bottom of the browser. 

6. After the report loads, find the column for Patient Portal Enabled and it will show Y by any patient you have enabled for the patient portal.
