How to Configure Patient's Preferred Pharmacy

How to Configure Patient's Preferred Pharmacy

Overview

This Knowledge Base article provides instructions on configuring a client's favorite pharmacy. You can add one or more pharmacies to the client's favorites list, enabling prescribers to quickly select a pharmacy when prescribing medication. Additionally, you can remove pharmacies from the favorites list when they are no longer needed.

When you prescribe a medication, your favorite pharmacy list will appear for your quick selection, however, you will have an opportunity to select a different pharmacy if you don't want to choose from your favorite pharmacy list.
