Customize an Individual's Rx Letterhead
To customize prescription letterheads for an individual in ICANotes (requires group admin access):
1. From the Chart Room, click the Settings drawer to access Settings and Directories.
2. You will land in the Specific to Individual area. If you are a group administrator, you will need to select the name of the person whose letterhead you're trying to customize and click on the "Options" tab
4. Here you will see a white box near the bottom of the screen, and a checkbox that says "Use Custom Rx Letterhead?"
5. Check this box and write whatever letterhead you need into the white box.
After this process is completed, the custom letterhead will show for that individual's future prescriptions.
Please note that this has no effect on any submitted electronic prescriptions.
