Custom Form Search in the Billing/Productivity Report
Search functionality within the New Style Billing/Productivity Report now includes the ability to specify custom forms as a search criterion. When ‘Custom Form’ is selected from Note Search Options, an additional dropdown box will appear, allowing for a specific form to be selected. Additionally, new export options have been added for forms that track scores to export Form Score and Composite Form Score. This Knowledge Base article will guide through the workflow of searching for a custom form in the Billing/Productivity report, exporting with the new options, and a list of qualifying score-tracking forms.
From the Reports menu, click to go to the Billing/Productivity Report
To search for Custom Forms, you will need to use the New Search Style of the report. To switch, click New Search Style
Set a range of dates for your search (1), filter by patients as needed (2), and in Note Search Options select Custom Form. In the Note Title dropdown box, select the name of the form to search for, or use free-text (example: PHQ to find PHQ-9 and PHQ-A forms). When all appropriate search criteria is set, run the report as a Productivity or Billing Report (4).
The report will display all results based on the search criteria provided. Next, click to Export This Report
In the Export Settings popover, two new options have been added: Form Score and Composite Form Score. Check one or both as needed, as well as any additional data fields to include. When ready, click Export.
Once exported, login to the ICANotes Documents/Upload site (https://upload.icanotes.com) with your ICANotes username and password. From the navigation menu on the left, click to view recently exported reports, then download the exported report (Excel or CSV).
The file will download to your computer. TSPlus users on Chrome will see the file in the bottom left corner of the browser; otherwise check your Downloads folder for the file. Click to open.
In the exported report, locate the Form Score and Composite Form Score columns with accompanying scores
