Editing a Repeating Appointment

1. Bring up the repeated appointment and click the More button.

2. You will receive a message explaining to extend the appointment you need to go to the last appointment. If you want to remove appointments, go to the appointment you want to remove and delete that event to apply to this appointment and all following events.

3. I went to the last appointment on July 12, 2019, and clicked the More button. I extended the appointment to August 15, 2019.

4. Click OK to save the changes.

5. Notice in the top right that the repeats weekly message now extends to 8/15/2019. Click Save to save changes.

6. You will be prompted to indicate which events are affected. For this one, I'm clicking All.

7. Beth Smith then stated that she only wanted this schedule until the end of July. I go to the August 2, 2019, appointment and click the Delete button.
