A Security Administrator can request this functionality to be enabled by sending an email to ticket@icanotes.com. Our customers can obtain a supported Credit Card Terminal by contacting Nexio via email at support@nex.io or by phone at 1-801-623-4000.
Note: The setup of any new terminal needs to be completed by someone authorized to access Group Level Settings & Directories.
From the Chart Face, click on Settings
Go to Group Level Settings & Directories, there will be a CC Processing tab now available under the Integrations tab. Click "New Terminal" to add your credit card terminal.
Enter your Terminal's name then click Ok. You will see a prompt confirming it was added.
The next step is to Pair the Terminal with your ICANotes account. Make sure you terminal is on and connected to the internet.
Click on the Key icon.
You will see a URL Data transfer prompt, that means ICANotes is communicating with Nexio to generate a pairing code to enter it in your terminal.
You will see a pairing code in ICANotes, enter the code in your terminal. Once the code is entered, the terminal will display a message saying "Connecting to servers" once completed, it will show the name you gave to your terminal in ICANotes.
Now, you click on Continue on this screen.
