ICANotes+ offers the following reports:

Navigating to Reports
Once logged on to ICANotes+, click the Reports option from the left sidebar as shown in the screen below.

The Reports screen appears as shown below. You can select the desired report from the Report dropdown.
Assigning Roles and Permissions to Access Reports
Only authorized users can access the reports. In Roles & Permissions, when you create or update a role, you can assign permission to access the reports.

When you expand the Reports permission, you can see the report options as shown in the screen below:
To grant access to users with this role for specific reports, you need to check the box next to the report name.

Common Functions in All Reports
All reports include several common functions to enhance usability. These include:

Search – Locate specific data within the report.

Export – Download the report in CSV, PDF, or Excel format.

Zoom – Adjust the zoom level for better visibility.
These functions are available across all report types to help users view, analyze, and share data more efficiently.
Searching for Data in the Report
You can use the free-text search option to find specific information in the report. Enter the desired text or number, then use the right and left arrow keys to navigate through all matching results.
Adjusting the Report Zoom
The report is initially displayed at 100% zoom. To improve readability, you can adjust the zoom level using the dropdown menu. For finer control, use the magnifier icons next to the dropdown to increase or decrease the zoom in 10% increments.
Exporting the Report to PDF, CSV, or Excel
After running the report, it is displayed as shown in the screenshot below. For better visibility, the software allows you to export the report to Excel. You can also export it in PDF or CSV formats. Click on the arrow next to the Export button and choose the desired format.

After selecting a report from the dropdown, use the available filter options to generate results. Each report has a dedicated Knowledge Base article. Click the links below to view the corresponding article for more details.
