Using Primary Care Physician as a Custom Button Merge Field
Use merge fields within your custom button content to further customize your individualized text. For example, you can include the client's Primary Care Physician by selecting it from the merge fields menu.
When used within your note content, the name of your client's Primary Care Physician will be inserted into the text, so long as it is present within the client's Demographics.
Check the Other Contacts tab in Demographics to locate the Primary Care Physician input field.
