Tracking Vital Signs (Vital Signs Log)

Tracking Vital Signs (Vital Signs Log)

If you've been tracking Vital Signs using the Vital Signs button in PN Part 1, you can bring up a visual log of this data over time using the Vital Signs Log.

To bring up this log for a patient, open up their Chart Face, and look for the Logs tab at the top, in the middle.

This will bring up the Logs area of ICANotes, but you'll need to look for the drop-down menu on the top-left and select "Vital Signs Log" from the list.

In the log itself, you can toggle on the left between Blood Pressure and VS/Weight logs, while on the right, you can switch between a line and bar graph.

To see the line/bar chart, click the yellow words.  Answer the popup and the line/bar charts will show.

Additionally, please also note you have access to the rest of the Vital Signs as well as Weight with the tab here: Screenshot for Tracking Vital Signs (Vital Signs Log)
