To ensure full access to ICANotes services—including application access, secure uploads, telehealth functionality, and support—your firewall or network security appliance must allow communication with the following IP addresses and load-balanced hostnames.

If your firewall or proxy requires IP-based allow lists for AWS load balancers, please contact ICANotes Support for up-to-date public IP ranges or use DNS-based rules.

Recommendations

  • DNS Support: Where possible, configure allow listing using hostnames (e.g., for AWS Load Balancers) to ensure continued access during IP changes.
  • Outbound Ports: Ensure standard web ports (TCP 443/HTTPS) are open outbound.
  • Testing Access: If users report connectivity issues, verify that DNS resolves correctly and that no egress filtering is blocking these destinations.
