Patient Account Auto Responsibility Switch
Group Administrators may go to Group Level Settings & Directories Accounts tab to enable the PA Auto Responsibility Switch.
If there is a balance remaining after the primary insurance payment/adjustment, ICANotes will automatically switch the responsibility to the patient if the patient has no secondary insurance listed. If the patient has secondary insurance, the service charge will remain as insurance responsibility.
