Name Change Dialogue in Demographics

1. After you select a patient from the Chart Room you are brought to the patient's Chart Face.

2. Go to the Demographics tab. 

3. Change the name of the patient as needed. Then click the Continue button on the top or bottom.

4. If there is a note existing for this patient you will receive a popup alert for Name Change. 

Click the Screenshot for Name Change Dialogue in Demographics button if you want to change the patient's name

Click the Screenshot for Name Change Dialogue in Demographics button if you want to keep the patient's name the way it was.

5. I clicked the Screenshot for Name Change Dialogue in Demographics button and the name changed and I was brought back to the patient's Chart Face. 

Please note, any future notes will show the corrected name. Past notes will remain with the "incorrect name".
