Claim Transmission Schedule
Q: When are claims transmitted from Inovalon to payers and trading partners?
A: Claims are transmitted from Inovalon to the payers and trading partners five times per day, at 9am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm EST.

Q: Where can I find the Inovalon Payer ID numbers needed for ICANotes setup?

Multiple User Access

Q: Can multiple users work on the same claim simultaneously?
A: No, Inovalon does not allow more than one user to work on the same claim simultaneously. If multiple users have the same claim open, only the first user who saves the claim will do so successfully. Other users working on an outdated version of the claim will receive an error message.
