How to Specify a Do Not Fill date in Standard Medications

How to Specify a Do Not Fill date in Standard Medications

You can set a Do Not Fill (DNF) Dates on prescriptions within Standard Medications in ICANotes. Below, the prescriber has issued the medication on 5/6/2019, but the ordering physician has specified not to have it filled until 5/22/2019.

On the prescription, it will show that the issued date was 5/6/2019 (the day of the note), but a note beneath the Prescriber Signature field indicates the Do Not Fill Until date of 5/22/2019.

Watch our demonstration about the new Do Not Fill until field available in ICANotes.
