ICANotes+ provides a range of assessments that can be sent to clients either individually or as part of a package. Before sending an assessment, ensure the client's portal is activated.
Sending an assessment to the client's portal is easy!
If you've never sent the client a portal form/assessment, click Choose Forms and Assessments.
Once you've sent the client a form, you'll see a Select Forms and Assessments button that can be used to send any additional forms/assessments moving forward.
Expand the Assessments and Additional Assessment menus to browse the available Assessments.
Check off the assessment(s) you wish to send to the client for completion. When ready, click Send Form Request Email.
The client will receive an email notification that new forms/assessments are available for completion. They will need to login to the portal to complete them.
The assessment will appear under the Documents section with a status of In-Progress.
When the client has completed the assessment, the status will update to Completed.
You can review completed assessments under the Documents tab of the client chart. Click on the line item for the assessment to review it.
