How to See ICANotes and Telehealth by ICANotes on Your Screen at the Same Time
In order for the Telehealth by ICANotes window to stay on top of your ICANotes session, you need to use ICANotes in windowed version.
For a Mac computer, click on the green dot in the upper left of your desktop. You may need to hover your pointer at the top for it to show.
These instructions are for using Microsoft Remote Desktop (the icon on your desktop) for PCs, here is how you can change to windowed version of ICANotes.
1. At the top of your screen, look for the blue bar (you may need to hover in the top middle for it to show). Click on the what looks like two windows (it will show a tooltip of restore down.
2. This will make your ICANotes window smaller, but you can easily grasp at the sides or corner of the window to make it larger again. You can even make it the entire size of your screen as long as it remains in windowed version.
Put your cursor to the side of the window until the cursor turns into a horizontal double arrow. Now drag the window to the size you like.
3. Now your Telehealth by ICANotes window will stay on top of ICANotes so you will be able to use ICANotes while in a session.
