How to Enter Test Results

From there, click the Screenshot for Entering Test Results into ICANotes  button to enter a lab result. 

1.  Enter the date the test.  

2.  Select the type of test.

3.  Select the test name. 

4.  Select the test result value (if shown) or you can type in the results in the Test Result field.    

Verify the test results. Once satisfied, click the Screenshot for Entering Test Results into ICANotes button.

You can now see your test results on the right-hand side of the Test Results screen.

How to Review Test Results

1.  From the patient's Chart Face, click the Logs tab

2.  Click in the Log selection to get the dropdown menu, and select 'Manual Entry Lab Results'

4.  Test Results will show. You can mark any abnormal results to show highlighted in yellow by clicking the flag in the row.
