Default Note Header on PN Rx, Nursing PN, and Clinical Summary

You can choose what you would like the note header to be through Settings & Directories. This can be done by any user in the Personal Info > Options tab by pressing the button Default Note Headers near the bottom right of the window.
Type your preferred header into the field, then click anywhere outside of it to save your changes and close the input.

When you next create a progress note, your custom note header will appear within the note work areas:
Note: This custom not header will not update in past notes, but will be visible in all new notes moving forward until you either change or remove the custom header.
