Adding Service Codes to Treatment Plans

Service Codes can be attached to Treatment Plans when the 'Service Code for Treatment Plans' group rule is enabled. When saving/compiling Treatment Plans with this rule enabled, a new window will open where the time elements and service code(s) can be entered.

To enable this functionality, please have a Security Administrator email the request to ticket@icanotes.com or call 443-569-8778.

1.  Start a Treatment Plan. For more information on how to create a Treatment Plan, please see our General Treatment Plan Knowledge Base Article.

2.  Then on the Compile Plan tab, click the Screenshot for Adding Service Codes to Treatment Plans button in the lower-right.

3.  Once you click to compile the Treatment Plan, the following dialog will appear.. Enter time spent or units (A), select the service code(s) (B), and click 'Continue' (C). You may also re-assign the Treatment Plan to a different clinician from this window.

In the Billing/Productivity Report, you will be able to see the service code(s) and billing rate(s) for the Treatment Plan.

Please note that the dialog to enter time elements and service code(s) will only appear once, directly after compiling the Treatment Plan. Any modifications or additional entries would need to be done by clicking the Screenshot for Adding Service Codes to Treatment Plans button in the Billing/Productivity Report.
