This KB article includes the new features released in ICANotes+ version v5.22.
Previously, users were unable to edit results once the status was changed to 'Final'. Now, the system permits users to edit results even when they have a 'Final' status.
Navigate to the Lab Results tab, and you'll notice that the Edit button is now clickable for results with the 'Final' status, as depicted in the screen below.
When you click the Edit button, the screen appears as shown below.
You can modify the result details by clicking the 'Edit Results' button. If you wish to upload the result, click the 'Upload Attachment' button.
Ensure that you click the 'Save Results' button after editing the result details.
Previously, when you added insurance for the client, it was mandatory to record copay. Now, the system allows you to add insurance without entering copay.
To do so, navigate to the client's chart, access the Billing tab, and click on the 'Add Insurance' link as illustrated below.
On the Add Insurance screen, entering the copay amount was mandatory. The system did not allow you to proceed without entering copay amount.
You can now proceed with other details without entering copay and the system will add insurance details successfully.
On the Insurance page, you can locate that the insurance details are added with zero copay amount, as shown in the screen below.
The system is now enhanced with the following ICD10 Codes.
When you record the notes, you can include these codes as shown in the screen below.
