Registering a New ICANotes+ Account
Overview
This guide walks you through the steps to register a new ICANotes+ account.
Step 1: Open the Registration Page
- Open ICANotes+ in Google Chrome for the best experience.
- Click Register for a 30-day free trial to begin.

Step 2: Enter Your Details
- Fill in the required fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions by selecting the checkbox.
- Click Sign Up.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
- Check your email inbox for a verification email from ICANotes+.
- Open the email and click Verify Email Now.


Step 4: Create Your Password
Your password must meet the following criteria:
✅ Length: 12–65 characters
✅ Contains:
- At least one number
- At least one special character (!@#$&(*))
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
Step 5: Select Your Role & Subscription Plan
For Non-Prescribing Clinicians
For Prescribing Clinicians
- Part-Time: Up to 100 notes per month.
- Full-Time: Unlimited notes.
- Includes advanced features such as e-prescribing, Review of Systems (ROS), and Physical Exams.
Step 6: Enter Practice Details
Fill in your practice information:
- Practice Name
- Address (Line 1 & 2)
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
Once completed, click Finish.
Step 7: Complete Setup & Log In
The system will take a moment to set up your practice.
A success notification will confirm your account creation.
You can now log in to ICANotes+ and start using the platform.
