Restoring Deleted Notes

Overview

This Knowledge Base guide will demonstrate how ICANotes+ users can easily restore deleted notes.

Restoring a Deleted Note 

Navigate to client's chart, within the Chart Face tab, locate the dropdown to filter the notes.


 

 

 

From the dropdown, select the Deleted Notes option:





 

It will automatically show you all deleted notes for the client. To restore it, you need to click on the Work Area button:

 


 

 

 

On the top right corner, you will see the option to Restore this Note:

 

When in the Work Areas of a deleted note, you can't make changes. All buttons will appear grayed out.




 

 

When you click on Restore this Note, you will be prompted to confirm or cancel the action:




 

If you click Confirm you will be automatically taken to the Work Areas of the note again, but this time you can make changes:


 

 

When you are done you can go to the last tab of the note and compile your note as usual.
