Psychiatric Inpatient Progress Note (Simplified) with Psychotherapy

When your patient has strictly psychiatric symptoms, you may want to explore the SIMPLIFIED version of the psychiatrist's progress note.  This simplified version will easily generate a 99232 or even a 99233 E/M level note in just minutes.

This particular video also illustrates how to document supportive psychotherapy delivered by the psychiatrist.

Additionally, this note will demonstrate how to generate a separate code specific to psychotherapy.
