Part-Time Clinician Note Limit

Part-Time Clinician Note Limit

ICANotes+ offers a part-time clinician monthly subscription. This subscription limits the number of notes created during a billing cycle to 60 notes.

Each billing cycle is one month and begins on your monthly billing date. For example, if you are billed for ICANotes+ on the 5th of each month, your billing cycle runs from the 5th of the current month through the 4th of the next month.

Clinicians with a part-time subscription will receive a warning when nearing the 60 note limit. The warning will appear when you create your 51 notes within your billing cycle.

Clinicians with a part-time subscription will receive an alert when they've hit the 60 note limit. The alert will appear when you attempt to create a note and you've reached your 60 note limit within your billing cycle.
