Create Custom Folders
Create custom folders to organize your inbox and categorize messages according to your needs.
You can create up to five custom folders.
To create a custom folder, click the plus icon next to the Folders section, as shown in the following image:
Clicking the plus icon opens the following screen, where you can create a new custom folder. Enter the folder name, and then click Create Folder.
To rename a folder, click the three dots next to the folder name, and then select Rename Folder.
To delete a folder, click the three dots next to the folder name, and then select Delete.

Move Messages to a Different Folder
You can move messages to your custom folders to better organize your inbox.
To move messages to a different folder:
- Select one or more mssages from the list.
- Click the dropdown next to the folder icon at the top.
- Select the destination folder.
After moving messages to the selected folder, a success message appears, as shown below. You can then find your messages in the chosen folder. See the screens below:


Notification for New Messages
When a new message arrives in your inbox, a notification appears at the top right of your screen. The message icon displays a number in a bubble, indicating the count of new messages.
Unread messages appear in bold font and show a blue bubble next to them in the inbox.
Search Messages Within a Folder
Use the search box at the top to find specific messages within the selected folder. The search will look for your keywords in the message subject and display only the matching results from that folder.
Map Message to a Client
You can associate a message with a specific client while composing it.
To map message to the client,
- Compose a new message.
- Enter the recipient details.
- Click Map to Client to link the message to the desired client.
Only users with access to the client, as defined by the Caseload Security feature, can map messages to that client.
When recipients receive the message, they can see the client name linked to it. Clicking Go to Chart redirects them to the client’s chart.
