07/31/2025 – Unable to Reassign Charges to Insurance – Issue Resolved
Fixed an issue that prevented users from moving a charge from client responsibility to insurance responsibility, even when valid insurance was present.
07/03/2025 – Issue with Searching Client’s Existing Contacts Resolved
Users were unable to retrieve results when searching for a client’s existing contacts from Communications > Related Contacts > Search Existing Contacts. The system showed a continuous loading indicator without returning any results. This issue has been identified and resolved.
06/30/2025 – Resolved Error When Downloading ERAs via TriZetto
An issue affecting practices using TriZetto, where errors occurred during ERA downloads, has been identified and resolved.
05/01/2025 – Claim Submission Issue with TriZetto Resolved
We addressed an issue that was preventing clients from submitting claims and downloading ERAs through TriZetto. This has now been resolved.
